No, life coaching is not a therapy session. If I feel that level of support is needed, I will direct you to pursue therapy.

I think of coaching as taking you 'from Striving to Thriving'.
I view coaching as guiding you through a process of inquiry into your life, so you can see why you are the way you are - in all areas of your life. Usually, this is about relationships - your relationship to others, to yourself, to money, to your business. We uncover and discover the unseen barriers to living life with ease, joy, and glory.
It all begins with a phone call to establish your interest in, and need & potential for coaching.
The first session is a clarity session, where we develop a plan that best suits your needs. Usually, four weekly or fortnightly sessions are booked. This is not always the case, as it is a personalised evolving journey .
They are one-to-one sessions for roughly an hour. These can be face to face or over an online platform. They can be anywhere - sitting at a desk, walking the beach, a mixture of both. Whatever we work out to suit us both. Each session involves a conversation and often an activity to support this. There can be tasks to complete between sessions. All in keeping with our ethos of delivering a personalised service.
